"Feed Our Future Leaders Fund Raiser" Low Country Boil - Saturday, April 11th, 10:30am-2p

A Fresh Connection Catering recognizes that this is a difficult time for everyone and is doing everything we can to help ease the burden of making meals at home especially those families with displaced students now learning from home. In an effort to support our community, A Fresh Connection Catering, is hosting a “Feed our Future Leaders” - Fund Raiser – Drive-Thru/Curb-Side Pick-Up Event. Our Goal is to raise $2000.00+ so that we can prepare as many nutritious meals for our locally displaced students who are not currently receiving their school provided lunch. These meals will be free to families with children ages 4 to 18 that are learning at home.

The “Feed our Future Leaders” Fund Raiser Drive-Thru Event will be held at the Bridgepoint Church – Tyrone Campus on Saturday, April 11th from 10:30am – 2:00pm OR until we sell out, AFCC will be serving up our “Low Country Boil”; (Shrimp, Crawfish, Andouille Sausage, baby potatoes and corn on the cob by the pound! Recommended Price is $10.00/ pound. HOWEVER, we ask that you pay what you can as all profits will be used for the Free Lunch program for our future leaders. (we can take cash or credit at time of purchase or you will be able to call ahead/pay ahead online Friday, April 10th from 8:00am – 4:00pm; ONLY, Must show paid receipt on arrival.) Stay tuned for details regarding our Free Student Lunch Locations and Times. We anticipate to begin the Free Meals program starting – 1 week after the fundraiser. Please be assured that our kitchen is practicing a higher than normal safety and sanitation procedures. We will take the utmost precaution when preparing, packaging, and serving these meals.
